Richard A. Shaw, CLU
Richard is a graduate of Quinnipiac College, CT,
where he earned a bachelor of science degree in Health Services
Administration. In 1986, after working in the Health
Services field for a few years, he transitioned his career
path and accepted a position with John Hancock Financial
Services as financial advisor serving families and businesses.
While there, he was promoted to Managing Associate where he
trained financial advisors new to the business about product
and salesmanship.
During a span of 18 years in financial practice,
he has served on many boards. He was elected to the
board of directors of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance
and Financial Advisors), Chairman of the Boston office United
Way Campaign, and Greendale YMCA Committee of Management.
Richard has also instructed thousands of financial advisors
on personal and business insurance. He has conducted
many seminars on financial planning to various groups including
General Federation Women's Clubs of Massachusetts, The Retired
Teachers Association and various company and fraternal organizations.
Richard is also a member of the Better Business
Bureau of Central Massachusetts and the Wachusett Rotary,
and he has repeatedly been a member of the prestigious Million
Dollar Round Table reflecting outstanding service to clients.
He has also earned the esteemed CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter)
designation.
Over the past several years, Richard has specialized
his practice advising families and small business owners in
the Central Massachusetts area and has dedicated himself to
serving the financial needs of our community.
As a financial consultant, Richard is uniquely qualified to
help individuals build, maintain and protect their wealth.
Richard resides in West Boylston with his wife
Marie, and their three children Allyson, Elizabeth and
Richard.

Dean D. Cudworth
Dean grew up in Worcester County and is a graduate
of Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts where he
earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
Dean began his career in office equipment sales. A few
years later, he transitioned his career into the financial
services industry with New York Life Insurance Company in
1990.
Dean continues to work in the financial services
industry and is a trusted financial advisor, serving both
families and businesses. During the past few years,
Dean has chosen to specialize his practice in the areas of
small business planning and retirement planning.
Dean has also had the opportunity to serve on
the Disability Advisor's Board for the city of Worcester.
He currently serves on the Alumni Association board for Assumption
College. He also has been a member of Business Networking
International for the past three years.
As a financial consultant with many years
of experience, Dean is uniquely qualified to help his clients
protect their assets and to guide them during ever changing
economic conditions.
Dean resides in Worcester, Massachusetts where
he lives with his wife, Judy and their two children, Danny
and Hannah.
